  • My phone does not seem to be charging.
Two common issues with charging are faulty charge cables or debris in charge port. Try charging a different phone with your cable or using a different cable on the phone in question. If cable seems fine, check charge port for debris. This is usually common when connection seems wobble or cable does not "click" into charge port. If that is case, clean debris out of charge port.

  • Some items listed have 2 prices. What is the difference between Standard screens and Premium screens?
For some models we can offer a deluxe vs budget choice for screen repair. They are both quality screens and covered by our Warranty against manufacturers' defects, but Premium has an OEM quality LCD display, while Standard has an aftermarket LCD. Some customers notice slight color or brightness differences in the screens although this is often not significant variations. In additon some Standard screens do not offer polarized lens visibility or vary due to screen orientation. If color and polarization matter to you we suggest you purchase a Premium screen. *Note, if only one choice of screen is listed, it is because this is the our best quality screen that we offer for that model.

  • I just got my phone wet!! What should I do?!
First thing is power phone OFF. (Do a hard reset if screen is not responding.) Once phone is powered off...DO NOT turn it on. (DO NOT TURN IT ON even to check how phone is doing). This may lead to possible short circuit and irrepairable damage. Next take your phone to a professional to DRY OUT internal components ASAP. * Water damage is usually not repairable. Unfortunately the phone is slowly corroding. What you are doing is prolonging the life of the phone a little bit, by slowing the corrosion, and removing water that may short components. There are rare cases when water damage is minimal. For those cases, phone may start working again. The key is to let phone dry out completely before powering it on.
